Included in catering under 100 guests - All items delivered in disposable serving ware, ready to serve on your supplied tables, medium grade disposable plates, napkins & utensils. Upgraded scalloped edge crystal or milk-white disposable utensils & plates with colored napkins available. Full service catering not available on most parties under 100 guests.

Included in catering over 100 guests - Covered buffet serving tables including all chaffing dishes, medium grade disposable plates, napkins & utensils. Upgraded cream and gold disposable utensils & plates with colored napkins & flatware available. Glassware, White business grade or wedding grade china also available at additional charge

Serving personnel - $95 per server for one to two hours. Number of servers required determined by entree, number of guests and level of service requested . A deposit is required on large events. Deposit may be refundable up to ten days before your event. Cancellations at that point are subject to a $200 service charge. Discounts available on larger orders.
